Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Monitor temperatures, hold times, and expiration dates.
• Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Season, package, and present food accurately.
• Read and execute orders quickly while maintaining quality.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Complete opening, shift, and closing cleaning procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team to ensure fast service.
• Assist with food prep, inventory organization, and FIFO rotation.
• Support guest experience with urgency, teamwork, professionalism.
• Resolve guest concerns by partnering with leadership.
