Northrop Grumman in Roy, Utah, is seeking a Principal Systems Test Engineer (or Senior Principal) to lead system test activities for the Sentinel GBSD program. This role requires active DoD Secret clearance and involves MBSE with CAMEO and DOORS in an Agile environment.

You will develop test plans, coordinate integrated testing, mentor a team, and ensure tests meet technical, schedule, and cost constraints. The position offers relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• US Citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance; SAP capability preferred.
• Experience in system test engineering, MBSE and DoDAF awareness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of Test planning.
• Synthesize customer contractual needs into system test solutions within schedule and cost constraints.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for competing systems.
• Coordinate integrated testing activities and review test requirements for completeness.
• Perform technical analysis of complete systems and prepare system-level evaluations.
• Develop, plan, and execute Test & Integration plans and audit reviews.
• Lead/Mentor a team through System Test planning/execution in an Agile environment.
• Perform MBSE using CAMEO & DOORS SW.
