Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience, including General Manager or senior leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in high-end, chef-driven winery, resort, or full-service hospitality environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L, labor costs, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing hospitality teams while holding employees and managers accountable.
• Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and leadership skills with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant and property operations, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience.
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop hospitality staff while building a strong culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Oversee financial performance, including P&L, labor costs, COGS, inventory, purchasing, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue opportunities.
• Partner closely with culinary, wine, events, and operations teams to deliver elevated dining experiences, special events, and destination hospitality.
• Maintain operational standards across staffing, reservations, table flow, property readiness, compliance, and overall guest satisfaction.
