Job summary

South Coast Winey Resort & Spa in Temecula, CA seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all restaurant, culinary, and banquets operations, elevating wine country guest experiences.

The role requires strategic leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for service excellence. The ideal candidate will guide a diverse team, collaborate with the Executive Chef and General Manager, and drive revenue growth while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality or resort environment.
• Deep knowledge of food, wine, and service excellence in both restaurant and banquet setting.
• Proven experience managing P&L and driving financial results.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing team.
• Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in winery or wine country setting preferred.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Direct and supervised F&B team to deliver exceptional service across all venues.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of the restaurant, banquets and culinary programs.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through upselling, pricing strategy and event growth.
• Guest Experience: Champion a service of culture that prioritizes personalized, memorable guest interaction
• Team Development: Hire, train, mentor and retain top talent across front and heart of house operations.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Executive Chef, and General Manager to align offerings with brand identity and seasonal programming.
