Job summary

Jackson Family Wines seeks an administrative support professional to join our Winery Operations team. Under general supervision of the Facility Winemaker, this full-time role handles BIMS data entry, transportation coordination, invoice reconciliation, and general record maintenance with accuracy and timeliness.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong office skills, and the ability to learn quickly. Spanish language skills are a plus, and prior winery experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; strong office support functions.
• Experience with wineries or vineyards a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with urgency and accuracy.
• Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary BIMS data entry resource for winery operations.
• Create and manage daily transportation schedules and shipments.
• Process transportation-related invoices and POs in BIMS/JDE.
• Provide payroll backup and other admin duties as needed.
• Assist with safety records and coordinate facility events.
