Jackson Family Wines is seeking a dedicated dishwashing associate to maintain cleanliness of all tableware and kitchen tools in a busy environment. You will operate the dish machine, monitor wash quality, and ensure safe handling of dishes for dining and kitchen areas.

Qualifications

• Maintains a guest focus while performing duties.
• Able to work unsupervised and communicate clearly with managers and kitchen staff.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Load, run and unload dish machine; monitor water temperature and chemical levels.
• Keep the dish area and equipment clean and organized.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean dishes for dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul kitchen trash to dumpster; close the kitchen per checklist.
