Job summary

Jackson Family Wines is seeking an administrative support professional to back Winery Operations and the Ground Transportation Department. You will enter BIMS data, schedule transportation, reconcile invoices, and maintain records with accuracy and timeliness.

The role includes assisting with safety records, coordinating events, and supporting payroll and JDE PO entry as needed. Some lifting and outdoor tasks may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Strong office support functions.
• Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter all work orders in BIMS accurately and on time.
• Create and manage daily transportation schedules for winery transfers and shipments.
• Enter data in BIMS for transportation activities, including schedules and invoices.
• Provide payroll and JDE PO entry backup.
