Job summary

Promontory is seeking a Hospitality Administrator to provide administrative and operational support across the Winery Ambassador team, patron relations, and hospitality functions. You will help plan, organize, and execute daily hospitality activities while maintaining high standards of guest experience.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM Dynamics, and Navision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of high-touch hospitality experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to cross-functional Winery Ambassador, Patron Relations, and hospitality teams.
• Create and maintain patron and client records in CRM and related tools.
• Prepare hospitality collateral and guest-facing documents.
