Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of high-touch hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support across Winery Ambassador team, Patron Relations, and hospitality.
• Create, update, and maintain patron/client records in internal systems and CRM platforms.
• Prepare and maintain hospitality collateral and guest-facing documents.
• Coordinate daily hospitality activities and events, including reservations and guest visits.
• Assist with ordering, shipping, and post-visit follow-through to ensure guest satisfaction.
