Job summary

Francis Ford Coppola Winery is seeking a General Facilities Worker to perform hands-on maintenance across the estate and production spaces. The role blends seasonal grounds work with year-round housekeeping, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, plus a generous benefits package.

You will support safety, preventive maintenance, and repairs while working with teams across the property. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, building maintenance experience, and the ability to use hand and power

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Experience in building maintenance or related field.
On-the-job training offered.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with stakeholders and third parties to maintain a safe working environment and equipment.
Supports preventative maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
Provides emergent repair and troubleshooting services across equipment.
Cleans, lubricates, repairs, and maintains machinery with hand and power tools.
Tests electrical systems and continuity with a multimeter.
Assists with ordering parts and tools.
Adheres to safety, ISO, OSHA, and related standards.
Maintains exterior landscape and grounds.
