Qualifications

• Operational leadership of tasting room daily operations, staffing, inventory and events.
• Guest-focused role as brand ambassador to drive satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Recruitment, hiring, training and development of tasting room staff.
• Wine education, tastings, tours and events coordination to engage guests.
• Budget, labor cost management and POS oversight with compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tasting room operations, staffing, and events.
• Manage inventory of wine, merchandise, and supplies; perform regular counts.
• Ensure health, safety and food handling standards compliance; maintain a welcoming space.
• Lead recruitment, training and development of staff; uphold service standards.
• Drive direct-to-consumer sales and meet revenue targets; represent the brand to guests.
