Job summary

Russian River Vineyards seeks an outgoing, organized Events & Hospitality Sales Coordinator to grow and manage private events, large-party experiences, winery events, community partnerships, and hospitality business.

This role involves developing new business, responding to inquiries, giving property tours, coordinating with kitchen and tasting room teams, and representing the winery in the community while supporting the tasting room as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in winery or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when events require.

Responsibilities

• Respond to private event, group, and bottle-service inquiries.
• Conduct property tours for prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into booked business.
• Coordinate deposits, food, wine, seating, timelines, staffing, vendors, and event logistics.
• Communicate event details with kitchen, tasting room, management, and partners.
• Assist with setup and oversee events as Event Captain.
• Complete post-event reporting and follow-up.
