Job summary

Renault Winery Resort in New Jersey is seeking a Bartender to provide friendly, prompt, and courteous service while emphasizing quality to ensure repeat business. You will adhere to policies, promote VIVÂMEE values, and coordinate with the MOD on schedule and duties.

The role requires alcohol awareness certification, being 18+, and bartending experience or graduation from a bartending school. Enjoy a rewarding environment with multiple perks and a rich historic setting.

Qualifications

• Must have alcohol awareness certification or willing to get certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have experience bartending or recently graduated from a bartending school.

Responsibilities

• Know, understand, and adhere to company established policies & procedures.
• Promote and portray the VIVÂMEE Values.
• Confirm schedule with MOD one week in advance.
• Perform proper credit card procedures for all payments; transactions must be signed by guest.
• Consolidate, rotate, and secure all alcohol as directed by manager.
• Be knowledgeable about products and manager instructions.
• Ring In all drinks before serving; NJ State Law.
• Maintain sanitary bar and storage areas per Health standards.
• Restock glassware and bar supplies for shifts.
• End shift with MOD approval.
