Key Responsibilities of the Bartender:
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies.
- Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware, and equipment
- Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
- Collects payment for drinks served; Greets and provides immediate attention to guests
- Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
- Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service.
- Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
- Prepares garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks; Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned
- Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
- Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:
- 1-2 years of bartending experience
- Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
- Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes
- Must have strong customer/guest orientation
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum Qualifications for the Bartender:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year of bartending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
- This position is expected to be around 25-35 hours per week
- Depending on the week, a server can make anywhere from $22 - $45 per hour (including hourly + gratuity).
- Our property is generally closed on Monday’s – open for special events.
Other Qualifications:
- Possesses knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
- Alcohol Awareness Training.
