Job summary

Ste. Michelle Wine Estates is seeking a part-time Tasting Room Back of House Assistant in Woodinville, WA. You will help set the winery experience, ensuring guests feel a positive connection with the brand through strong service and teamwork.

The role requires evening and weekend availability, with duties including table clearing, glassware care, stocking, and general housekeeping to maintain high standards. Compensation starts around $17.13–$20.05 per hour with tips.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler's Permit required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexible and available to work varied hours.
• History of responsible use of alcohol and appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified as required by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables after use, wipe down tables, refill waters and crackers as needed.
• Wash and buff glassware and other dishware items.
• Replenish wine, merchandise, and other items to support shift operations.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to keep tasting room clean and presentable.
• Assist with food orders according to presentation guidelines when needed.
• Support winery and private event setup, execution, and breakdown as directed.
