Aaron Wines in Paso Robles, CA, seeks a full-time Tasting Room Educator to join our small winery team. The role centers on hospitality, customer service, and sharing our story, with duties in tastings, events, and daily operations seven days a week.

Ideal candidates are passionate about wine, customer interaction, and teamwork, with comfort in training on POS, reservations, and texting services, plus the ability to lift 40 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Show up each day stoked and ready to pour wine and positively interact with customers.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge and passion for our winemaking, story, vision, and brand.
• Know how to be professional, detail-oriented, and serious about the wines we make, while still being awesome.
• Present and pour wines with genuine enthusiasm, creating memorable experiences for our customers.
• Know how to work independently and with a team, have a good head on your shoulders, and make good decisions.
• Build connections with our customers through tastings, phone, and our company’s text message services.
• Work with the team on tasting room metrics with a focus on meeting sales goals.
• Develop intimate knowledge of POS (Commerce7), reservation software (Tock), and text message service (RedChirp).
• Additional back-of-house tasks such as order fulfillment, tasting room maintenance and upkeep, stock and inventory management.
• Contribute to on-site and off-site events as needed.
• Social media experience is a bonus. We love team members who enjoy helping tell our story by assisting in content creation.
