Responsibilities

• Engage guests with our welcoming, educational winery with a huge emphasis on customer service; each customer's experience must be exceptional, dazzling and memorable.
• Consistent delivery of outstanding customer service; small details matter for memorable experiences.
• Greeting customers and answering questions regarding wines, food, merchandise, history, and facility.
• Greeting guests and answering phones.
• Acquire a strong comprehension of our wines; descriptions, pairings, etc.
• Serve samples of wine to customers in various settings.
• Conduct tours of LaBelle Winery.
• Provide travel and hotel information to guests.
• Stocking and pricing merchandise.
• Handling routine purchasing transactions including operating cash registers.
• Expand wine education and promote wine club.
