Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a Tasting Room Attendant to deliver hospitality during tastings, guide guests through our wines, and promote the Wine Club. You will engage with guests, assist in daily operations, and contribute to a memorable experience.

Requirements include comfort talking about wine, a passion for guest service, and flexibility to work weekends. Training will cover our menu, retail items, and wine club benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through our wines and retail offerings.
• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Study Cooper’s Hawk menu, retail items, and wines offered to guests.
• Take responsibility, jump in, and help with tasks as needed.
• Communicate with team to deliver smooth, memorable service.
• Follow steps of service and assist in daily operations.
• Welcome guests and discuss wine and Wine Club perks.
