Riboli Family Wines in Paso Robles is seeking a passionate Tasting Room and Events Associate to engage guests visiting our tasting room and support events at our San Simeon Tasting Room. The role blends wine education with event support in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or event coordination.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms.
• Sales-driven with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of event coordination from initial inquiry through planning, vendor management, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to fulfill each client's event needs.
• Develop high-quality guest relationships using hospitality expertise.
• Handle event inquiries and maintain communication with prospective and confirmed clients.
• Serve as liaison between clients and staff to ensure clear communication of all event details.
• Delegate tasks to support staff and vendors to meet timelines.
• Support event setup, greet clients, and assist with on-site execution.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients for repeat business.
