The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in wine warehousing or upscale hospitality, solid wine knowledge, and proficiency with inventory software and Excel. Salary: $75K.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in wine warehousing, cellar management, fine wine retail, or upscale hospitality coordination.
• Solid understanding of global wine regions, vintages, aging windows, and bottle formats.
• Certifications in wine (WSET 2/3, Sommelier) are a major plus.
• Proficiency with inventory software, Excel, barcode scanners, and environmental-monitoring apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the wine storage facility.
• Maintain climate controls and environmental monitoring for preservation.
• Track inventory, serial/bin numbers, and ensure accurate labeling.
• Coordinate staff to safeguard the collection and inventory integrity.
