Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Wine Storage Manager to lead the operations of a premier wine storage facility in Hoboken, NJ. The role requires meticulous oversight of inventory, climate controls, and environmental monitoring to preserve an extensive collection.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in wine warehousing or related fields, strong wine knowledge, and hands-on experience with inventory software and barcoding systems. The position is based on site with competitive pay.

Competenze

2–4 years of wine warehousing, cellar management, fine wine retail, or upscale hospitality coordination.
Solid foundational understanding of global wine regions, vintages, proper aging windows, and bottle formats. Certifications like WSET Level 2/3 or Certified Sommelier are a plus.
Proficiency with inventory management software, Excel, barcode scanners, and smart environmental-monitoring apps.
Absolute precision in documentation, tracking serial/bin numbers, and catching discrepancies on labels.
