Our client seeks a meticulous Wine Storage Manager to supervise day-to-day operations at an elite storage facility. The role focuses on climate control, inventory accuracy, and careful handling of an extensive wine collection in a controlled environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in wine warehousing or related hospitality roles, strong knowledge of wine regions, and proficiency with inventory software, Excel, scanners, and environmental monitoring tools.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years experience in wine warehousing, cellar management, fine wine retail, or upscale hospitality coordination.
• Solid understanding of global wine regions, vintages, aging windows, and bottle formats; certifications (e.g., WSET 2/3, sommelier) are a plus.
• Proficient with inventory software, Excel, barcode scanners, and smart environmental-monitoring apps.
• Absolute precision in documentation, tracking serial/bin numbers, and spotting discrepancies on labels.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the wine storage facility, including climate controls and coordination.
• Serve as primary custodian of the wine collection with thorough inventory tracking.
• Ensure preservation and safe handling of bottles, documenting movements and condition.
• Collaborate with operations to maintain strict storage standards and security.
