Casa de Fruta in Hollister, CA is seeking a part-time or full-time Hospitality Associate to deliver excellent customer service at the wine bar. The role requires evening availability Friday through Sunday, stocking and merchandising, food prep, and accurate POS transactions.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, handle cash, and maintain clean, well-stocked displays while adhering to safety and hygiene procedures.

Qualificações

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must obtain a California Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of employment
• Able to have basic math skills, follow verbal and written instructions, and evaluate conditions against standards

Responsabilidades

• Greet and acknowledge every guest
• Demonstrate product knowledge
• Maintain awareness of product information, promotions, and advertisements
• Provide friendly and helpful service to customers
• Suggest additional items to customers
• Stock wine bar and related equipment
• Transfer wines between floors and ensure correct labeling
• Follow cleanliness and safe wine service procedures
• Maintain cold wine stock
• Complete sales transactions accurately at POS
• Minimize cash discrepancies to within $5 per day
• Meet or exceed customer service standards
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance
• Stock the floor as needed
• Complete housekeeping tasks as needed
• Adhere to company policies, pricing, and loss prevention
• Prepare sandwiches and other food items
• Follow all food handling, hygiene and safety procedures
• Ensure all fresh food cases are stocked and maintained
