Total Wine & More in Fresno is seeking Store Team Members to offer exceptional customer service, promote products, and support daily store operations. Roles include sales, merchandising, and curbside order fulfillment with delivery duties if assigned.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years in retail. Experience with POS systems and inventory software is preferred; flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Physical requirements including standing for long hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Assist with merchandising, front end, and other duties as needed.
• Load and deliver orders safely if required and assist with curbside/delivery services.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol-related laws.
• Support digital business operations and fulfill store orders.
