Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Service Team Member for our Ohio stores. You will deliver exceptional service, help customers, and drive sales while supporting curbside pickup and delivery when needed.

You will also stock, merchandize, and maintain displays, keeping pace with promotions and loyalty programs. A high school diploma and 1–3 years retail experience are preferred; must be able to work evenings/weekends and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales by advising customers on products.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and inform them about products and services.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery operations as needed.
• Load, stock, and replenish merchandise; build displays and end caps; place signage.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
