Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Service Team Members to engage customers, build relationships, and drive sales while maintaining merchandising standards and store operations. You will participate in product training and deliver curbside/pickup support as needed to ensure a premium customer experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years retail experience, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and stock merchandise, assist with curbside pick-up and deliveries as needed.
• Deliver personalized service by greeting customers and explaining products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, loyalty programs, and adverts.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness and compliance with liquor laws.
