Qualifications

• Strong wine and spirits knowledge and understanding of category trends.
• Proven sales experience in beverage alcohol, retail, or route sales.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze shelf sets, identify opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Build and maintain relationships with chain and independent retail accounts; execute territory plans; provide exceptional service; expand distribution and improve assortment.
• Sales & Category Development: Understand portfolio, pricing, market trends; deliver presentations; analyze shelf sets and displays to identify gaps; drive category performance and incremental sales; prospect new accounts.
• Merchandising & Servicing: Conduct sales calls; perform inventory assessments; ensure proper in-store merchandising; support displays and promotions.
• Administration: Complete reporting, orders, and follow-up; maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
