Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a driven Off Premise Sales Consultant to grow beverage programs with retailers across Central Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Goodyear and Surprise. You’ll build relationships, analyze shelf sets, and deliver category solutions that boost store performance and profitability.

You’ll develop territory plans, present product recommendations, and identify opportunities to expand distribution while ensuring excellent service and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong wine and spirits knowledge and understanding of category trends.
• Experience evaluating shelf sets and identifying opportunities for improved product mix.
• Prior sales experience in beverage alcohol or retail preferred.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation).
