Johnson Brothers is seeking a driven Off Premise Sales Consultant to expand our wine and spirits partnerships across Central Phoenix, Glendale, and neighboring areas. You will analyze shelf sets, build retailer programs, and develop category-driven strategies that increase distributor and customer sales.

Ideal candidates bring strong wine knowledge, proven sales success in beverage or retail, and the ability to translate market trends into actionable plans.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of wine and spirits, trends, and retailer needs.
• Ability to evaluate shelf sets, assortment gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Prior sales experience in beverage alcohol, retail, route sales, or related industry preferred.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Territory Management: build and maintain relationships with chain and independent retail accounts and execute territory plans.
• Sales & Category Development: understand portfolio, present recommendations, analyze shelf sets and category placement to identify opportunities and drive sales.
• Merchandising & Servicing: conduct sales calls, manage inventory, ensure in-store representation and support displays/promotions.
• Administration: complete reporting, orders, and follow-ups in a timely manner; ensure policy compliance.
