Job summary

Handcrafted Wine & Spirits is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to service and grow accounts across the Omaha metro and Eastern Nebraska. This field-based role offers uncapped earning potential and the chance to work with a portfolio you can be proud of.

You will build relationships with retailers and on-premise accounts, develop growth plans, and present our portfolio through consultative selling. A flexible schedule and strong growth opportunities await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Wine and spirits industry experience is a plus.
• Must reside in the Omaha metro area or surrounding communities.
• Ability to travel throughout the Eastern Nebraska territory.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology, tablets, smartphones, email, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently achieve goals.
• Committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with retail and on-premise customers.
• Manage and grow existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
• Prospect, qualify, and open new accounts within your territory.
• Develop customer-specific growth plans.
• Build awareness and distribution of Handcrafted Wine & Spirits' portfolio.
• Analyze sales data and market opportunities to drive account growth.
• Plan and execute regular sales calls with meaningful follow-up.
• Present products and promotions using consultative selling techniques.
• Prepare professional customer presentations and proposals.
• Achieve company and supplier objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and timely order entry.
• Stay knowledgeable about our portfolio, industry trends, and competitive products.
• Attend sales meetings, supplier events, and training opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
