Total Wine & More is hiring a Service Team Member in Rochester, MN. You will greet customers, advise on products, and build relationships to drive sales while supporting inventory, displays, and order fulfillment both in-store and via curbside/delivery.

Role includes training in wine, spirits, and beer, plus adherence to safety and alcohol regulations. A high school diploma is preferred and a flexible schedule is required, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Maximize inventory, organize stock, build displays and support curbside pick-up/delivery.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders if delivery is an essential function.
