Total Wine & More in Delray Beach is hiring for Service Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a busy retail setting. You will greet customers, advise on products, and support inventory and curbside pickup operations.

This role requires reliability, willingness to learn wine, spirits, and beer basics, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Training is provided to build product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage to build relationships, advising on products.
• Drive sales by delivering excellent customer service and informing about promotions.
• Maximize product inventory: process freight, stock merchandise, build displays and end caps.
• Assist with in‑store and curbside pickup and delivery services as needed.
