Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Store Team Members in Delray Beach, FL. You will engage customers, advise on products, and drive sales while handling merchandising, curbside orders, and delivery support. Internally this role is known as Service Team Member and reports to store management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, and build displays.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with alcohol sale laws and store standards.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and assist with delivery if needed.
