Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser in Florence, KY. You will maximize product inventory, stock merchandise, fulfill online orders, and assist with curbside pickup and deliveries when needed.

You will greet customers, provide product recommendations, and participate in wine, spirits, and beer training. The role may include varied duties across front-end and other merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail; 1+ year preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, build displays, and support digital orders and curbside pickup.
• Deliver friendly, helpful service by greeting customers and sharing product knowledge.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to grow product knowledge.
• Maintain awareness of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
