Total Wine & More in Las Vegas seeks dedicated Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will engage with customers, advise on products, and support merchandising, curbside orders, and deliveries as needed.

Applicants should have 1-3 years in retail, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role within our Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, organize and stock merchandise.
• Build displays, signage, and support digital orders for curbside or delivery services.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Attend wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol laws.
