Total Wine & More in Town & Country, MO is seeking Service Team Members to provide outstanding customer service, engage customers and guide product selections to drive sales.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, and ensuring a safe, compliant store while participating in wine, spirits, and beer training. The role supports delivery, curbside pickup, and team collaboration with store management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, and build displays.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety, lawful alcohol sales, and a compliant environment.
• Load and deliver orders safely; support curbside pickup and delivery if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
