Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking Retail Team Members to welcome Guests, provide friendly service, and support store sales goals. You will handle POS transactions, verify IDs for alcohol, stock shelves, and promote our wide selection of wines, spirits, beers, and cigars.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No prior retail experience required, though customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide friendly, engaging service.
• Process transactions and discounts using the POS system; verify rewards accounts.
• Ensure alcohol & tobacco purchases comply with age verification and ID checks.
• Promote ABC’s wine, spirits, beer, and cigars; highlight Sourced & Certified products.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and visual presentation to drive sales.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and handle invoices and deliveries.
