Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits seeks enthusiastic Retail Team Members in Florida to deliver exceptional guest service and keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.

You will greet Guests, operate POS, verify IDs for alcohol, promote our wine, spirits, beer, and cigars, and assist with merchandising and stocking. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a team-oriented environment.

• Operate the POS system accurately and process transactions.
• Verify age and ensure legal compliance for alcohol purchases.

Responsibilities

• Greet each Guest upon entry and provide prompt, friendly, and engaging service throughout their visit.
• Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately, including processing transactions, applying discounts or promotions, verifying rewards accounts, validating product selections, ensuring legal compliance with age verification, and following proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain Responsible Vendor status for alcohol & tobacco purchases by checking identification for age verification and maintaining store compliance.
• Learn and promote ABC’s wine, spirits, beer, and cigars, including Sourced & Certified products.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and visual presentation of products on shelves and in beer coolers.
• Increase sales and meet store goals; receive, unload, and validate invoices; stock deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment across store, stockroom, and customer areas; assist with daily property upkeep.
