Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Inc. is seeking Team Members to deliver a welcoming, fun, and educational experience for Guests by providing exceptional service and helping achieve store sales goals.

The role includes greeting Guests, operating the POS, verifying ages, merchandising, stocking, and offering gift-wrapping services. Team Members will maintain a clean, safe store environment, assist with deliveries, and stay informed on training and product knowledge to ensure a high-quality Guest

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet each Guest upon entry and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their visit.
• Operate POS system accurately, including processing transactions, applying discounts or promotions, verifying rewards accounts, and handling cash.
• Verify age for alcohol purchases and maintain Responsible Vendor status.
• Learn and promote ABC’s wine, spirits, beer, and cigars, including Sourced & Certified products.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and visual presentation of products on shelves and in beer coolers.
• Receive, unload, and validate invoices; stock store deliveries.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and organized on the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
• Provide gift-wrapping and carryout services for ABC products; assemble gift baskets as needed.
• Stay current on required training, company policies, and product knowledge to ensure a high‑quality guest experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Store Leadership.
