Positions can be part‑time or full‑time, requiring availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1–3 years of general work experience; 1+ years in a retail setting (preferred).
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; walk, bend, and stand for 8–10 hours a day; lift, load, and handle cases and pallets; climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead repeatedly; may be exposed to various weather conditions throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, promoting the loyalty program, and bagging product.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
