Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member (Cashier) to provide fast, friendly service and process transactions. You will greet customers, promote the loyalty program, and help shoppers find products.

You may also serve as a sales associate or merchandiser, participate in wine training, and maintain knowledge of ads and promotions. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with a strong customer-focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly customer service and promote loyalty program.
• Build product knowledge through training on wine, spirits, and beer.
• Stay informed on advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in-store.
• Comply with alcohol sale laws and safe store practices.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
