Job summary

Winebow is seeking a driven sales/marketing professional in Benicia, CA to grow wine and spirits distribution. You will develop strategic plans, build relationships with buyers, negotiate terms, and deliver educational programs and tastings. Travel is required; the role blends sales, planning, and events within a dynamic team.

The position offers a guaranteed salary plus commissions, a $600 monthly auto allowance, phone allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years marketing or sales experience.
• Demonstrated computer knowledge.
• Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School or GED diploma.

Responsibilities

• Develops a marketing and sales strategic plan to maximize distribution.
• Maintains routine contact with key decision makers.
• Negotiates and manages local purchasing agreements and contracts.
• Provides timely educational programs and materials.
• Monitors sales growth and market penetration with monthly reports.
• Participates in wine and spirits education programs and events.
• Coordinates with accounting regarding billing needs.
• Communicates with Customer Service on ordering/shipping needs.
• Meets sales goals in a timely manner.
