Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and making interactions positive.
• Supervise and assign work for the evening and part-time crew and train new employees.
• Stock, rotate, and face products; review out-of-stocks and back stock.
• Order merchandise as directed and control inventory.
• Monitor sales and make recommendations to the Department Manager.
• Meet with vendors for POS materials and sales items.
• Oversee displays, update price tags and signage.
• Instruct and review the work of Wine and Spirits Clerks; support department leadership.
• Adhere to Hy-Vee policies and store guidelines; report to work as scheduled.
