• Maintains product freshness and storage procedures to ensure quality.
• Addresses customer issues and provides friendly, helpful service.
• Manages pricing, invoicing, and department bookkeeping procedures.
• Analyzes weekly/monthly sales trends and assists with inventory and promotions.
