South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Restaurant Servers to join our exceptional food and beverage team. Surrounded by vineyards, we pride ourselves on delivering memorable moments to every guest in a luxury setting.

As a server, you will provide prompt, courteous service, maintain wine knowledge, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant, hotel, or resort environment preferred.
• Wine knowledge or interest in learning about wine and pairings is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus, wine offerings, and daily specials.
• Offer recommendations and upsell menu items and wine pairings when appropriate.
• Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring attention to detail and guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and alcohol service laws.
