Rosewood Calistoga seeks a Director of Wine to lead and elevate the resort's wine program within the luxury Napa Valley setting. You will curate exceptional wine experiences, nurture relationships with producers, and partner with culinary leadership to craft memorable pairings.

You will mentor a high-performing team, oversee inventory and profitability, and represent the brand as a world-class wine ambassador at events and through community engagement.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Napa Valley and Sonoma County wines.
• Proven track record leading luxury wine programs.
• Strong ability to mentor staff and develop talent.
• Solid understanding of beverage profitability, inventory, forecasting and financial planning.
• Professional wine certification such as CMS, WSET, MW, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rosewood Calistoga's strategic wine vision across dining outlets and guest experiences.
• Curate a world‑class wine collection featuring Napa/Sonoma and select international producers.
• Create personalized wine journeys, tastings, vineyard experiences, and bespoke pairings.
• Build relationships with winery owners, winemakers, distributors, and industry partners.
• Drive beverage revenue through innovative programming and inventory management.
