Wineshipping is seeking an ICQA Operations Manager to lead inbound and outbound processes within our California fulfillment center. You will drive efficiency, safety, and accuracy, ensuring daily targets align with our quality standards and customer commitments.

This role requires strong leadership of hourly staff, experience with performance metrics and Lean techniques, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years fulfillment experience.
• Direct leadership experience for hourly employees.
• Experience with performance metrics and Lean techniques.
• Experience with a contingent workforce during peak seasons.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work under stress.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead inbound, outbound, or cross-functional operations within the fulfillment center.
