Job summary

Winebow seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager for its Benicia, CA site to lead receipt, storage, and distribution of products. You will develop site processes, mentor staff, and optimize inbound/outbound flows while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will manage scheduling, payroll, safety training, and budgeting, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and DOT adherence. A strong operations background and leadership in warehouse teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• High School diploma with 5+ years in Distribution Operations.
• 5+ years supervising/managing a warehouse and transportation team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management in receipt and distribution of the Company’s product.
• Develop facility processes and metrics to enhance operations.
• Mentor transportation and distribution center personnel to achieve performance objectives.
• Schedule inbound product reception and ensure accurate placement in pick/stock locations.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure daily routing supports customer orders and DOT requirements.
