Job summary

VinLux in California is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team responsible for order picking, restocking, and loading/unloading cased goods. The role requires ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely delivery while meeting customer service commitments.

You will coordinate daily plans, supervise staff, and optimize warehouse operations using Highjump WMS. Strong leadership and English communication are essential for success in this fast-paced wine distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent recent work experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with distribution/logistics, inventory control and cycle counts.
• Wine inventory management experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train staff; plan daily work and assign duties.
• Monitor performance and resolve issues to meet production goals.
• Develop reports for production and service analysis and optimize workflows.
• Ensure accurate picking, labeling and invoicing of outgoing product.
• Promote a Safety-First culture and maintain safety records.
• Direct loading/unloading and use of Highjump WMS for product movements.
