Job summary

Winebow is seeking a senior leader for our Benicia, CA distribution operations. You will manage receipt and distribution of products, develop facility processes, mentor staff, and ensure accurate inbound scheduling and inventory control.

Strong leadership and communication are essential for this role. The role reports to the operations leadership and requires overseeing safety, budgets, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum five years in distribution operations.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising warehouse and transportation teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in receipt and distribution of products.
• Develop facility processes and metrics to improve operations.
• Schedule inbound product and ensure accurate placement in warehouse.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and layout updates.
• Ensure daily routing to meet DOT requirements and customer hours.
